पिप्पली स्याच्चतुष्कर्षा स्यादेला च द्विकार्षिकी ।
एकः कर्षस्त्वचः कार्यश्चूर्णयेत् सर्वमेकतः ।।१३५।।
सितोपलादिकं चूर्णं मधुसर्पिर्युतं लिहेत् ।

Uses
Aruchi (Tastelessness), Agnimandya (Digestive impairment), Pittaja Shwasa (Asthma due to Pitta dosha),Jvara (Fever), Kasa (Cough), Hasta Pada Daha (Burning sensation in Palms and soles), Pristha Shoola (Intercostal  neuralgia and pleurodynia), Suptajihvatva (Numbness of tongue), Urdhavagata Raktapitta (Bleeding from orifices of the upper part of the body).

Dosage & Anupan-
1g to 3 g twice a day with Ghee, Honey or luke warm water or directed by Ayurveda Consultant.

Side effects-

Generally ayurveda medicines do not have any side effects but it may cause Gastric irritation, Loss of appetite,
Diarrhea, Bloating, Acidity if taken in excessive amount.

Shelf Life-
It may last upto 6 months to 1 year from manufacture date if kept in air tight containers.
