Definition-
Hingwastak Churna is an Ayurvedic remedy for various types of stomach ailments. It also helps support better functioning of the digestive system. It helps in minimising indigestion and bloating. It helps improve appetite and reduces flatulence.

Uses-
Agnimandya (Digestive impairment), Shool (Pain / colic), Gulma (Abdominal lump), Vata Roga
(Diseases due to Vata Dosha), Ajirn (Indigestion), Aruchi (Anorexia), Udar Roga (Gastrointestinal
Diseases).
Dosage & Anupan-
3 g twice a day with Ghee or Water. Usually advised after food.
Side effects-
It may cause Diarrhea, Bloating, Acidity if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf life-
Churn preparation can last for 12 months but once opened, it should be consumed in 2 months.
