Definition-
Brahmi Vati is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation primarily used for enhancing cognitive
functions and promoting mental clarity. It contains Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) as its key
ingredient.

Uses-
Vataroga (Disease due to Vata dosha), Sannipata Jvara (High grade fever due to
vitiation of all Dosha), Apatantraka (Hysteria with loss of consciousness), Akshepa
(Convulsions), Santatajvara (Continuous Fever), Hridyadaurbalya (Weakness of the
heart), Bhrama (Vertigo), Manoroga (Psychological Disorder).
Dosage & Anupan-
4 to 5 tablets per day in divided doses with water or directed by Ayurveda Consultant.
Side Effects-
Generally ayurveda medicines do not have any side effects but it may cause Gastric
irritation, Loss of appetite if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf Life-
It may lasts upto 1 year to 3 years from manufacture date if store in air tight containers.
