Description
पथ्याबिभीतधात्रीणां फलैः स्यात् त्रिफला समैः ।
फलत्रिकञ्च त्रिफला सा वरा च प्रकीर्तिता । । ४१ ।।
त्रिफला कफपित्तघ्नी मेहकुष्ठहरा सरा ।
चक्षुष्या दीपनी रुच्या विषमज्वरनाशिनी । । ४२ ।।

Definition-
Triphala Churna is an ayurvedic formulation for indigestion with high laxative properties and is known for its colon cleansing and detoxifying actions. It is a rich source of vitamin C, calcium, iron, and zinc. The formula is beneficial for digestive problems and helps maintain overall health by harmonising digestive functions and cleansing the stomach.

Uses-
Anha (Distension of abdomen due to obstruction to passage of urine and stools), Prameha (Urinary disorders),
Netraroga (Eye disorder), Kapha- Pitta roga (Disease due to Kapha dosha and Pitta dosha), Kustha (Diseases of
skin), Mandagni (Impaired digestive fire), Aruchi (Tastelessness), Vishal Jwar (Intermittent fever).
Dosage & Anupan–
3 g to 6 g twice a day with luke warm water or directed by Ayurveda consultant.
Side Effects-
Generally Ayurvedic medicines don’t have any side effects but it may cause Diarrhea, Bloating, Acidity, Abdominal pain if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf life-
It last upto 6 months from manufacture date if kept in air tight containers.
