Shipping Policy

Saatvik Vaidya ships its products to almost all parts of India.

1. Shipping charges: Free Shipping** on orders over ₹499. There is a charge of ₹50 on orders below ₹499.

2. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 days* post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.

3. Address issues: If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect, then the order will be taken by you with proper coordination with the delivery personnel/delivery partner if they are calling on your provided contact number.

4. Delivery attempts: Delivery attempts shall be made at least two times. If you are not available at your delivery location, your address is improper, or your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery, your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once your placed order is marked as RTO and such an order has been received by us, your refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.

5. Re-delivery: Once your placed order is marked as RTO, it will never be re-delivered to your location. If you still want to purchase the article/goods, then place a fresh order on the platform.

6. Payment mode: You can pay online using Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, Wallets – PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, PayZapp, Airtel Payments Bank, UP IDs like – Google Pay, BHIM, Paytm, and more.
