PUNARNAVADI MANDOOR
पुनर्नवा त्रिवृद् व्योषविडङ्गं दारु चित्रकम् ।।९३।।
कुष्ठं हरिद्रे त्रिफला दन्ती चव्यं कलिङ्गकाः ।
पिप्पली पिप्पलीमूलं मुस्तं चेति पलोन्मितम् ।।९४।।
मण्डूरं द्विगुणं चूर्णाद् गोमूत्रे द्व्याढके पचेत् ।
कोलवद् गुटिकाः कृत्वा तक्रेणालोड्य ना पिबेत् ।।९५।।
ताः पाण्डुरोगान् प्लीहानमर्शासि विषमज्वरम्।
श्वयथुं ग्रहणीदोषं हन्युः कुष्ठं क्रिमींस्तथा । ९६ ।।

Uses-
Pandu Roga (Anaemia), Grahani (Malabsorption syndrome), Sotha (Inflammation),
Pliha Roga (Splenic disease), Visama jvara (Intermittent fever), Arsa (Haemorrhoids),
Kustha (Diseases of skin), Krimi (Helminthiasis/Worm infestation).
Anupan & Dosage-
1 g per day in divided doses with water or directed by Ayurveda Consultant.
Side Effects-
Generally ayurveda medicines do not have any side effects but it may cause Gastric
irritation, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea, Bloating if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf Life-
It lasts upto 6 months to 1 year from manufacture date if kept in air tight containers.
