Definition-
Muktashukti Bhasma is an Ayurvedic preparation made from the powdered shells of the pearl oyster (Pinctada margaritifera). The term “Muktashukti” refers to the pearl oyster, and “Bhasma” means ash or calx. This formulation is typically used in traditional Indian medicine for its purported benefits.

Uses-
Udarashooa (Pain in the abdomen), Jvara (Fever), Pitta Jvara (Fever due to Pitta dosha),Raktagatroga (Diseases of blood), Gulma (Abdominal lump), Aruchi (Tastelessness), Visa (Poison), Agnimandya (Digestive impairment), Daurbalya (Weakness).
Dosage & Anupan-
250 mg to 500 mg per day in divided doses with Honey, Lemon juice or Water. Consult your nearby Ayurveda Consultant before taking any ayurvedic medicines.
Side Effects-
It may cause Diarrhea, Bloating, Vomiting, Dizziness if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf Life-
6 months to 1 year from manufacture date if store in tightly pack containers.
