Definition-
Godanti Bhasma is useful in a number of respiratory problems. It may prove very useful in countering seasonal allergies, cough, cold and flu. It is also helpful in bringing down fever and in the management of diseases like malaria.

Uses-
Agnimandya (Digestive impairment), Shirashoola (Headache), Pitta Jwara (Fever due to Pitta dosha), Jirna jwara (Chronic fever), Kasa (Cough), Tamak Shwasa (Dyspnoea/Asthma).
Dosage & Anupan-
250 mg to 500 mg per day in divided doses with Honey, Tulsi Swarasa or Water. Consult your nearby Ayurveda Consultant before taking any ayurvedic medicines.
Side Effects-
Generally ayurveda medicines do not have any side effects but it may cause Gastric irritation, Loss of appetite, Diarrhea, Bloating if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf Life-
6 months to 1 year from manufacture date if store in air tight containers.
