Ashwagandha Churna

अश्वगन्धा दशपलं तदर्धं नागरान्वितम् ।
तदर्थं कणया युक्तं मरिचं च तदर्धकम् ।।
चतुर्जातं वरालं च भाग तालीसपत्रकम् ।
कचोराजाजिकैडर्यमांसीकङ्कोलमुस्तकम्।।
रास्नाकटुरोहिण्यौ जीवन्ती कुष्ठकं तथा।
पृथक् कर्षमितं चूर्णं चूर्णेन समशर्करा ।।
प्रातःकाले त्विदं चूर्णं जलेनोष्णेन सेवयेत्।
वातक्षये पित्तशोषे त्वजागोघृतसंयुतम् ।।
श्लेष्मक्षये क्षौद्रयुतं नवनीतेन मेहजित् ।
शिरोभ्रमे च पित्तार्ते गोक्षीरेण समायुतम्।।
क्षतक्षीणे च देहे च विशेषबलवर्धनम् ।
मेदोहरं च मन्दाग्निकुक्षिशूलोदरापहम् ।
अनुपानविशेषेण सर्वरोगहरं परम् ।।

Definition-

Ashwagandha Churna is an ayurvedic formulation that helps to improve power, energy and stamina to a notable volume and reduces stress and weakness. Ashwagandha helps to balance cortisol levels and maintains the body in an anabolic state to increase muscle. It also helps to fuel rapid muscle recovery. It is helpful in improving immunity and exhibits neuroprotective action. Patanjali divya ashwagandha churna may also help to enhance cognitive functions.

Ingredients-

Uses-
Avsad (Depression), Anidra (Insomnia), Rogpratirodhak Kshamta (Immunity Booster), Tridoshhar (Suppress the three dosha- Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Rasayana (Rejuvenator).

Anupan & Dosage–
5g to 10 g twice a day with Cow’s milk, luke warm water or directed by Ayurveda Consultant.

Side Effects-
Generally ayurveda medicines do not have any side effects but it may cause Diarrhea, Bloating, Acidity,  Abdominal pain if taken in excessive amount.

Shelf Life-
6 months to 1 year from manufacture date.
