आभाश्वगन्धाहपुषा गुडूची शतावरी गोक्षुरवृद्धदारकम्।
रास्ना शताह्वा सशटी यमानी सनागरा चेतिसमैश् चूर्णम् ॥
तुल्यं भवेत्कौशिकमत्र मध्ये देयं तथा सर्पिरतोर्द्धभागम्।
सार्द्धाक्षमात्रन्तु ततः प्रयोगात् कृत्वाऽनुपानं सुरयाऽथ यूषैः ॥
मद्येन वा कोष्णजलेन वाडथ क्षीरेण वा मांसरसेन वाडपि।
कटिग्रहे गृध्रसिबाहुपृष्ठे हनुग्रहे जानुनि पादयुग्मे ।।
सन्धिस्थिते चास्थिगते च वाते मज्जाश्रिते स्नायुगते च कोष्ठे।
रोगाज्जयेद्वातकफानुविद्धान् वातेरितान् हृद्ग्रहयोनिदोषान् ॥
भग्नास्थिविद्धेषु च खञ्जवाते त्रयोदशाङ्गं प्रवदन्ति सन्तः ॥

Definition-

Trayodasang guggul is a preparation made with the ingredients in the Formulation composition given below with Guggul as the basic ingredient.

Ingredients-

Uses-

Katigraha (stiffness in lumbo-sacral region), Gridharsi (sciatica), Hanugraha (lockjaw), Bahushoola (pain in arm), Janustabhta (stiffness of the knee), Asthigat vata (bone disease due to Vata Dosha),Majjagat vata (bone marrow disorder), Snayugat vata (inflammation of ligaments), Manyagata vata (Cervical Spondylosis), Hridyagraha (cardiac failure), Vata-Kapha Roga (disease due to Vata Dosha and Kapha Dosha), Yonidsha (disorders of Female genital tract), Asthibhanga (bone fracture), Vidradhi (abscess), Khanjavata (limping due to Vitiation of Vata).

Dosage & Anupan-

2-3 g daily in divided doses with Triphala kwath, Madhu, Lasuna Svarasa, Yusa, Koshana Jal, Milk.

Side effects-

Side effects might includes Headache, Stomach ache, Diarrhea, if taken in excessive amount. 

Shelf life-

1-3 years if kept in air tight containers.
