GOKSHURAADI GUGGUL
अष्टाविंशतिसङ्ख्यानि पलान्यानीय गोक्षुरात्।
विपचेत् षड्गुणे नीरे क्वाथो ग्राह्योऽर्धशेषितः ॥
ततः पुनः पचेत्तत्र पुरं सप्तपलं क्षिपेत्।
गुडपाकसमाकारं ज्ञात्वा तत्र विनिक्षिपेत्॥
त्रिकटु त्रिफला मुस्तं चूर्णितं पलसप्तकम्।
तत: पिण्डीकृतस्यास्य गुटिकामुपयोजयेत् ।।
हन्यात्प्रमेहं कृच्छ्रञ्च प्रदर मूत्रघातकम्।
वातासरं वातरोगांश्च शुक्रदोषं तथाऽश्मरीम् ॥

Gokshuradi guggul is a preparation made with the ingredients in the Formulation composition given below with guggul as the basic ingredient.

Uses-
Prameha (increased frequency and turbidity of urine), Mutrakricha (dysuria),
Mutraghata (urinary obstruction), Asmari(calculus), Pradara (excessive vaginal discharge), Vatarakta (gout), Vataroga (disease due to Vata dosha /neurological disease), Sukra dosha (vitiation of semen).
Dosage & Anupan-
1 or 2 tablets twice a day with Gokshuradi kwath or luke warm water.
Side effects-
It may cause gastric irritation, loss of appetite, bleeding etc, if taken in excessive amount.
Shelf life-
It’s shelf life is 4 years from manufacture date.
